SHIPPING POLICIES:
Most in stock items will ship within 2-3 business days from our facility.Vendor ship & direct ship items may take 2-6 weeks for delivery.
Backordered items will ship upon receipt at our facility. You will be notified via email of any backorders along with the expected delivery date.
We ship to United States addresses only.
No international sales.
No C.O.D. orders will be accepted.
Most items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service. Some vendor ship items may be shipped via different carriers including truck freight.
Please provide your full shipping address (no PO box numbers) when ordering.
Priority shipping is available by special request with additional shipping & handling charges. Please contact us for pricing.
Oversize items may require additional freight & handling charges based on size or weight.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.If you need to return or exchange an item please email us for a “return authorization” prior to returning the item. Returns requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of the item. Any return requests after 14 days may be charged a restocking fee of up to 20%.
When returning items please enclose a copy of the original invoice and the return authorization # so we can process your return quickly.
Purchaser is liable for all freight & handling charges to return the item to us.
Refund will be given on merchandise only. Refund may be given as cash back or a merchandise credit. No refunds on freight charges.
Damaged item claims should be filed with the delivering carrier. For assistance with this please contact us.
All sales are final on clearance items.
